ABOUT ME

Rocks are neat! They can tell you so much about this amazing planet we live on.
People are mostly good.
Life is meant to be lived. It's too short to miss adventures.
I'm about to go on my first major trip, because, well, life IS too short and there's so much of the world I want to see.
I LOVE to meet new people and learn about them, their cultures, and what makes them tick.
I love my 3 crazy dogs and my husband.
I still think I'm in my 20s.
Mountain biking.
Rock Climbing.
Deserts.
Camping.
Laughing.
Mountains.
Oceans.
Rivers.

PHILOSOPHY

“Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand-and melting like a snowflake.”
~ Francis Bacon, Sr. ~

"I do believe we're all connected. I do believe in positive energy. I do believe in the power of prayer. I do believe in putting good out into the world. And I believe in taking care of each other."

~ Harvey Fierstein ~

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a couple of times and am hoping to couch surf my way through Europe. I've loved hosting and meeting new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couch surfing started when I got ditched by a friend when moving to Salt Lake City. I met some people in the club scene, while living out of my car. They invited me to surf with them. My bed was a futon in the living room, my closet the pantry, and the bed was shared with a gay aspiring fashion designer. I stayed there permanently until we actually moved into a bigger place where I had my own room. What a great time I had!

Interests

Snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, backpacking, hiking, camping, hotspringing, playing my drums, my dogs, my nieces and nephews, my husband, music (especially Irish, Irish fused punk, punk, house (EDM), and Native American flute music.), reading, gardening, meeting new friends, living life!
