About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travelling, working, eating, sleeping ..... enjoy life!

ABOUT ME

I love travelling more than anything else, by train, hitch-hinking or by nasty old freaky cars, bought somewhere on the road.
During the rest of the year I'm trying to set an old house bought near Pavia, northern Italy (capital or Romanesque art and mosquitoes) where i hope i will host CS's soon again.
What I love most in my life is to spend time behind a glass of red wine, playing music, laughing and talking about important and foolish things with friends or travellers. I work as art restorer round
northern Italy and maybe soon even out of it.
I could define myself an open mind person.

PHILOSOPHY

Live Every Day as If It's Your Last

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My house was open for travellers, as other houses were for me. Love to exchange experiences and travel stories, love to meet people who work in the same field i do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's absolutely the best way to travel and to get in touch for real with people who are living the city i'm approaching.
I often meet people in the places I go, sometimes I ask to be hosted, mainly I book a room or a place in the local camping.
I love to host, it's great to meet new people, and I also love to show the place I live in. If you like history or art, my city can be really interesting!

Interests

Art, Motorbikes, international cooperation (as volounteer)... food, drink, love.
Of course...... travelling!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love french film, Jean-Pierre Jeunet first. Other films I enjoyed are most production of Kusturica and Wim Wenders. Sometimes I love to see stupid action movies, in order to turn off mind.
Books: I love italian writer Terzani, who was a great traveller. I don't have any order when i read, I just buy books when they look interesting. Read much about history and arts of my area.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I passed the 35 years old painful step and i didn't grew up too much.
I've seen once Milan without cars, I travelled half Asia and half Africa on the worst cars that can be bought... and I got addicted to it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I appreciate easy people, who likes simple things. I love to meet travellers who have stories to tell, but also ordinary life in their places.
I found extremely interesting people who are attracted by art and photography... we can invent a Urban photo safari if you like )
