ABOUT ME

After my studies of Logistics and Industrial Engineering I had chance to join big japanese company Daikin, where I work as Purchase Dept. member. Thanks to my work, I have learned more about japanese culture and met my girlfriend Yuuko (outside workplace, fortunately). When I was student, I travelled a lot, but now, when I work every day with limited holidays it is not so often. But I want it back, I want to discover more, I want to meet new people, share my life phylosophy with others, compare with them and learn more about them and myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When you couchsurf, it makes you feel not like a tourist, you are part of the city rush for a few days and you should enjoy it, you can also learn valuable things from hosts which can't be read in books or seen on TV.

Interests

I love dancing! I have danced Latino and Standart since I was 11. After few years I changed my mind and started breakdancing. It changed my life. The philosofy of bboying and the whole HipHop culture was the thing I was waiting for. I have found myself in it.

This year, I have started to play Am.Football. Wow, what a game. Eventhough it seems like there is no place for skinny tall guys, everyone can play it. Good technique can always been muscles. When I'm bored I put on my roller skates and take a ride around the region. I also ride skateboard, but it's just for fun. I'm not the best rider ever :D

I'm big fan of 1.FC Slovácko, great football club with its strenghts and weaknesses. Performance of our team is not the best, however, we have one of the best supporters and Ultras in CZE!

My biggest interest are motorcycles. I have tried few bikes to earn some experiences and now I'm proud owner of Honda CBR600F4i :-) In love with this bike!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - I love czech movies, because a lots lof them show common situations in our country. These situations are so typical I have to laught every single statement in these brilliant movies, even though I'm not the biggest patriot in CZ. I love british comedy serials like Black Book, Red Dwarf, Gimme Gimme Gimme, BlackAdder, Big Train (stare out championship RULEZZZ), The Office, etc. I don't like movies based on true stories very much (some of them are good, of course), because many people think it's happend just like it is shown in the movie. These are not documentary!!! I prefer comedies, but good thriller is also welcome in my imaginary cinema. Other genre I'm big fan of martial arts movies. I prefer classic kung-fu than US-kill-them-all movies. My favorite actor is Jackie Chan and his early acting. Later one's are also good, but not so rare.

Music - Hip Hop is a way of life i chose to live, and it has never disappointed me so far. I also listen to SKA. I play bass guitar for few mounths, still learning. I love being on concert with a bunch of my best friends. Jumping around, having fun, what else you need :)

Books - I'm big fan of Sci-Fi literature and Franz Kafka's work. In Sci-Fi I have space of endless imagination,which I love. New things are said, new technologies are used, new way of life is available. Work of F.Kafka is very emotional. I get familiarized with his characters and places he wrote about. These are so strong, that I can read them only if I'm 100% sure I'm in a good mood. BEWARE - never read Kafka when you are depressed. You will get only more depressed.
