ABOUT ME

I was born in France and ever since I can remember I've wanted to move. I caught the travel bug big time while doing an internship in Morrocco, which culturewise was the opposite of what I was used to. I LOVED it! Since then, my life has been all about going to new places to see how people live there and get this amazing WOW feeling you get whenever you stumble upon something incredibly beautiful. I'm interested in going anywhere, especially but not only to not-so-well-known destinations and I also love to live abroad. I relocated to Austria 3 years ago and I'm enjoying the change of scenery :)
When I'm not travelling I'm trying to build a career and enjoying the simple things in life like being together with friends or reading a good book. Another thing about me is that I love animals. I've volunteered in an animal shelter and will soon look. My dream for when I settle down some place in a very long time is to have a big park with several dogs, cats, 1 or 2 goats, a donkey, chickens etc. Also, I'd like to train for canine search and rescue, but work and studies keep me busy, so that'll have to wait.

PHILOSOPHY

Create your own opportunities, don't just wait for them to come your way, because they won't. It's up to you to make the good stuff happen. There's something you'd like to do? Get out and do it.

My purpose in life is to be able to look back the day I die and say : "I've done a lot,I've had fun, I've used the opportunities I got and I haven't wasted my time".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet people travelling in Vienna and go visit sth with them or just go for a drink or a piece of Sacher Torte! So if you're ever in Vienna and need some company, give me a shout! I also try to participate in as many CS events as I can as it's usually a good laugh :)

Well, travelling obviously. A good meal and nice wine with my friends. Random thoughts and facts. Being introduced to things I knew nothing about. Looking at an amazing place and thinking "wow, i'm here!". Sleeping. Watching dvds in bed with a chilled 6pack. Training and walking dogs. Rearing a herd of goats. Baking. Being a dork. Backyard wrestling. Paintball. Trampolining.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Jumped off a 12 meter high bridge. Not really the most amazing thing I've ever done but certainly one of the most stupid!
Amazing things I've seen and done would include Palmyra,swiming in the Dead Sea, diving in the Red Sea, jumping over a rattle snake and shooting someone in Tombstone to name but a few! (Yeah ok i made up that last one)

Well, I'm learning Russian so I suppose any help would be much appreciated :) As to what I can teach... I guess I can teach you some French/German...I can't relly think of anything else...!
