ABOUT ME

I'm a enthusiastic and positive guy who enjoys people of the same and many others too. I love talking about ideas, people behavior, psychology, philosophy and healthy living. I'm adventurous but also like to research something a lot before I jump in. Music, and observing people's interesting ways and great friendships seem to be the things that keep me positive every day and looking and feeling young as in my 20's. I think I relate with younger people very easily. (over 20) I believe in lifelong friendships and I am not tolerant of abrasive, manipulative, ridiculing and negative behavior and I have an amazing ability to see things clearly as they are occurring. If I run into such a situation, I just calmly and uneventfully remove myself from the proximity of the offensive person... This little habit has kept me youthful, unstressed and happy all my life :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I don't often go with the mainstream mentality and status quo. I am a wisened observer of people and experiences in life. I look for genuine people to meet to get to know as opposed to people who have changed themselves a lot just to fit into a group and be accepted by strangers. I am an entrepreneur and look for high self esteem people who are on a journey of self improvement and achievement in their life. Once I have become good friends with a person I will selflessly offer a lot of my time and energy to help them on their journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am planning to do some couchsurfing while I visit Brazil soon. I have attended some of the NYC CS meetings and have had a awesome time and made some great friends.
I can meet up with people visiting New York City for coffee, museums, music shows etc

None yet but will start end of March 2012 in Brazil!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a canoeing week long wilderness trip in Ontario, Canada was amazing!

I can help you with your online marketing presence and setting up a professional looking website/blog for minimal costs. I have a very good grasp of English and have fairly well mastered English spelling and grammar. I know some guitar chords and have taken a few years of music composition lessons. I have a Masters in Computer Engineering and 20 years IT experience with all kinds of computer systems and programming. I have studied the particulars of small business marketing and strategy, also in making deals out of thin air i.e. (strategic partnerships and joint ventures). I have coached some people in personal development, tackling large problems and clear, positive thinking.
