My Hobbies and Interests

Play guitar and sing, travel, meet interesting people, hypnosis, qigong, lucid dreaming, walking in nature, chess, cozy suppers with stimulating discussions about life, love, relationships, philosophy, spirituality! I've been told that it's easy to be oneself around me.

Above all, I love meeting new people and traveling! I did a one year trip when I was 19 in Australia, New Zealand and Australie, then I did a Bachelors degree in Career Counseling, then I traveled again for a year in Japan, France, India, Nepal, Thailand, Lao, then I did a Masters in Education, then I went to China for 5 years, and came back! And now I'm finally settled in Montréal. Who would have thought, the world traveller now has an anchor.

Respect, honnêteté (même si c'est dur parfois), créativité, spontanéité, ouverture d'esprit, liberté, réflexion critique, vérité, le changement personnel, la réalisation de soi. On m'a souvent dit que c'est facile d'être soi-même avec moi.

Mes "profite-temps"

guitare, voyages, rencontrer des gens, méditation, hypnose, qigong, rêves lucides, marcher, les échecs (le jeu!! ;) , badminton, les soupers en bonne compagnie...

PHILOSOPHY

Live my life to the fullest, so as to when my final day comes I can be proud of what I have accomplished. I don't want to have any regrets. This means that it's important for me to seize the day, and have a positive impact on people around me.

Ma philosophie de Vie

Vivre ma vie de sorte à ce que lorsque mes derniers instants seront venus sur cette terre, je puisse être fier de la vie que j'ai vécu. Je ne veux pas avoir de regrets. Cela signifie pour moi de confronter mes peurs, saisir l'instant présent, et d'avoir un impact positif dans la vie des gens qui m'entourent.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ok, now that I'm established in Montréal, I can finally give back!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for 18 days when I did my hypnotherapy training in Tustin, California! My host Angel really was an angel to me at that time! While I was away, I also lent my appartment in Beijing to 2 CSers I've never met, but they seemed to have a cool profile. It went great!

I also CS in Marseille, when going for a 2-day seminar from Daniel Meurois-Givaudan. My favorite author.

J'ai fait du CS pendant 18 jours quand j'ai fait ma formation initiale d'hypnothérapie en Californie. Mon hote, Angel, portait vraiment bien son nom! Pendant ce temps, j'ai donné les clefs de mon appart à Beijing à un couple de CSers que je n'ai jamais rencontré, mais ils ont bien entretenus l'appart! C'était cool!J'ai aussi fait 3 jours à Marseille, lors d'un séminaire de mon auteur favori, Daniel Meurois-Givaudan!

I saw the Dalai lama once when I came out in the streets in Daramsala. That was pretty cool!
