ABOUT ME

We are a couple of young married kids trying to finish college and not lose our minds in the process. We were born & raised in Oklahoma, but do not have that small-town mentality. We love traveling!! The sights are great but we are especially interested in other cultures, people, and having a good time!

PHILOSOPHY

Kind of hard to wrap up our philosophies in a few sentences, but here is a start:

Never be complete, stop trying to be perfect, let the chips fall where they may, this is not a dress rehearsal, enjoy every moment, love, see that what you own does not own you, create, recycle & reuse (this is shara's), never stop learning, enjoy the simple things, don't be stupid.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're newbies to CouchSurfing, but are excited about meeting new people and making friends! We are also looking forward to our trip to UK and Ireland this fall, where we will surf our first (official) couch!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are new to the network...but have hosted unofficial surfers in the past! We are excited to host anyone who finds themselves wandering through the middle of the United States.

We brew our own beer! We know lots about oriental & siamese cats (we have some!). We enjoy cooking and would like to learn more. Preston loves all things nerdy.
