About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get to know as many countries as I can before becoming a slave of the system

ABOUT ME

I'm sorry about the 50 % response rate, I barely get any CS request, and when I do, it's from people who just want to stay for one night or people who've copied and pasted a request , which I've received like 2 or 3 times tops, and I just forgot to reply, and I can't host at the moment anyway because i share a room.So the system just calculates that rate based on 2 or 3 people :/ .

Anyway . here's my description

Im an easy going guy that likes to get together with my friends and have barbeques and have some drinks, I love going to the beach, love meeting new people and learning languages and also I love meeting people from across the globe, it´s fun and like that you learn about different cultures and different ways to have fun.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy, well I like to say to myself all the time "I fall, I get up", so I can always learn from my mistakes, and do things better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend of mine was couchsurfing in Trinidad and Tobago, and she´s hosted people at her home in Chicago, so basicaly she told me how it worked and I found it interesting and fun, and great way to have the opportunity of traveling all around the world, and meeting great people of course. So that´s pretty much it jeje how I heard about this web site, it´s awesome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just hosted once, and it´s awesome, I really love the potencial of couchsurfing as a booster for my country´s tourism, for those who keep themselves from coming to my country because of what they hear out there or whatever, so they´re very afraid to come because of being scared to go out by themselves, couchsurfing is a way to make them feel safe of chosing Venezuela as a holiday option. And they won´t regret it! Their only regret will be leaving Venezuela!

Interests

Be the best at anything I do, if I´m gonna be a janitor, or a bus driver, I´m gonna be the best bus driver I can be,altough I´m stuying petroleum engineering jeje

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies I have a wide range of movies I like, it's difficult for me to say just one movie as my favorite, since it might be my favorite for a while then I watch it a million times until I get sick of it haha. But I can watch cartoons, horror films, drama, anything. Books, I've never been one who reads that much, but I like books that make me laugh. And music almost all type excetp heavy metal and that stressing type of music .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I lay eyes on the outside of the Vatican, it looks so surreal, like photoshot when you´re at St. Peters square.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach someone to speak spanish, my native language, and honestly I think it´s one of the hardest languages, because it has a lot of variants. There are so many things I would love to learn, I really enjoy wise people, people that have a different way of seeing life,so I can learn to see things from different perspectives and have a different attitude facing bad times, and also good times!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really enjoy having deep conversations about life with people, while having coffee or a glass of wine. But I can also be a party animal haha it depends on my host, I'm really versatile and adaptable so it's hard to say just one thing I would share. A piece of my culture, like food, I always do it, cook something typical from my country.
