I want to follow my passion of music, travel, languages, culture and performing.

ABOUT ME

I want to break out of my hometown and start exploring new landscapes, people, and experiences. I have downsized and sold a lot of my belongings in pursuit of moving out of state or out of country. I'm hoping to find somewhere to move where I can immerse myself in the performing arts community, pursue accordion playing and lessons and also soak up new friendships, creativity, weirdness, the beautiful outdoors and laugh until I cry.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thus far, I have only couch surfed once. I paid rent to couch surf for a month in my host's house and after a week of the host getting to know me, I was entrusted to watch her house and her cat while she was away for three weeks. I felt privileged to have acquired that much trust in a short amount of time.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Feeling warm ocean water for the first time in Hawaii. I'm born and raised in Oregon where all the water here is cold.

Finding out that I'm colorblind.

Winning a Nintendo championship in 1991 playing Super Mario Bros 3.

I especially love learning and sharing my knowledge and abilities with others. If you have an old accordion laying around the house I could teach you accordion!
