Hello there!

So my name is Daniel, born and raised in Sydney, Australia! I'm a musician and a hobby artist so I'll be carrying my guitar with me on my travels in Europe which will be fun! As you can tell I enjoy the creative arts but I also love nature and food! To be honest I have quite a few interests, too many to name here.

One thing I do love about traveling is the stories that I hear from meeting people and the stories that I experience on my travels, I'm pretty open when it comes to traveling. I don't have a master plan or an itinerary, I just go along with what feels natural at the time. I want to experience what you as a local experience: the tastes, sounds, sights and smells!

If you host me you can show me around but if you can't because you're busy or whatever that's cool too. I enjoy the company of others as much as I enjoy my own company. I'm pretty easy going basically.

Right now I can't host because I'll be traveling but when I can you are more than welcome to stay with me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had one person from Germany couch surfer at my place in Sydney so far! I showed him around Sydney and Newcastle a little north of Sydney. It was great fun! I'll be catching up with him on this trip in Berlin.

In Japan I hosted one couch surfer, he was primarily catching up with friends so he spent a lot of time out but we had some time together too. He was kind enough to cook me authentic Italian Pasta (He is from Italy.. North Italy... I heard there's no Garlic Bread there, I love Garlic bread!) which was great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camped out on an Island in Cambodia in Koh Rong with three great friends i'd made from Alaska, New Zealand and Germany. We slept on Hammocks, caught some seafood, took some coconuts and chilled out around a camp fire! Hung out there for a week, before heading back to Australia.
