ABOUT ME

I am a 53-year-old (but some people say I look younger) visual artist and teacher. I am a gay man. I love travelling, reading about photography philosophy and arts. One of my passions is the study of foreign languages, especially English and German. I love writing and I use facebook a lot to express my ideas, anxieties and hopes for these complex times we are living in.

PHILOSOPHY

I am an atheist but I respect the human need for the transcendental. I think tolerance is the answer for most of the conflicts the world is coping with today. I above all regard honesty as an essential human quality.

Interests

I love visual arts (classic and contemporary), languages and classical music. I am also a visual artist and have been showing my work at exhibitions for over 20 years.

I love wwriter Iris Murdoch, the painter Velazquez, the Swiss artist Thomas Hirschorn, composer Ravel, Jazz singers like Ella and Mel Thormé etc...
I am a big fan of German language and culture.

My trips and my exhibitions as an photographers have certainly been the highlights of my life.
