About Me
Okay, quick form-filling blurb… I’m a nature-lover from the South Coast of England (Brighton) with a deep love for the wonderful people in my life, an appreciation for good food, a reasonably ability to replicate it at home, and a fondness for adventures large and small (mostly small these days to be honest)!
I run a small hone-run kindergarten which I love! Spend a lot of time playing in the woods (in and out of working hours!), tending to the garden and veg patch, creating and embarking on spontaneous creative pursuits!
In many ways I live a pretty ordinary life but am committed to seeing the extraordinary within it and enjoying the simple pleasures as much as possible :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m not a high earner, don’t have a car, and can’t entertain fancy holidays, but the best experiences to be had away from home aren’t usually found in isolated hotel rooms anyway, right?

Music, Movies, and Books
Very unexposed to film culture, enjoy not having a telly but Samsara is always a film that stands out in my memory as being spectacular.
Musically, very eclectic but generally found indulging in pretty chilled instrumental kinda stuff.
The botanical author Robin Wall-Kimmerer changed me forever.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking in the Sierra Nevada mountain range and bumping into a family of bears
