ABOUT ME

I'm a very friendly person ^_^ I was born in Los Angeles and raised in and around the city. I'm the kind of person who will stay at home and relax on a weekend or I'll be out enjoying the city life. I'll enjoy either scenario and make them as fun as possible. I have a close knit group of friends but I also enjoy meeting new people. I can be serious at times but I really love to joke around. I love reading, I love music, I love languages and now I have a thirst for travelling. I'm an, open-minded person :)

Intereses

I love literature, hence the comparative world literature major. My favorite literature is Russian.

I love music!!! I've been to many concerts in the LA area and also in Germany. I basically spend all of my money going to concerts. I like going to small shows or festivals where I don't know the bands because then I might find a new band to love. My favorite genre of music is rock but I listen to all types of music.

My newfound interest is cycling. Since living in a small town in Germany I've had the fortunate experience of biking practically everywhere and I like it a lot.

I like sightseeing in new cities and I also like outdoors adventures. I've taken a liking to hiking :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went with my roommate to see a classical orchestra play in Bremen, Germany. They had a guest musician which was one of the best violinists in the world. It was a beautiful show and I'm so glad I went. I'd never listened to classical music too much but hearing and seeing it live was amazing. I went with him to another classical concert the next month to experience the same wonder.

When travelling around southern Germany I saw the Dachau concentration camp and needless to say, that was an experience. It is such an eerie place and you realize how cruel people can be. You won't leave feeling happy but you'll leave with more knowledge and compassion.
