One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing into an old limestone cave, not open to tourists, in the Maya Mountains in Belize. Most amazing sacred medicine journey ever. Opened my eyes to so many great opportunities and a reconnecting with Earth energy.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anything outdoors. I love being a guide. Best career choice of all time. Ask me anything about kayaking, rock climbing, natural history and animals. I am a treasure trove of ridiculous facts and information.

Yoga! I am always happy to impart some yogic knowledge. Yoga changed my life and I am always keen to get everyone on the same path.

Graphic Design: I can confidently say that it is the one talent that I was born with. Design, aesthetic, drawing, branding, marketing, you name it.

Random General Knowledge. I am a font of random things you might never have known. I wish I could be the collector of Human Knowledge and study forever. I am one of those weirdos who reads textbooks for fun.
