Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Play in a blues band.
ABOUT ME
All day, every day, I follow my heart. Worldly goods don't distract me. I'm never bored as I walk and take the bus, thinking about current projects.
I remember the grownups discussing whether we should be in the Second World War or not after they listened to Hitler's speeches replayed with translations on the radio.
PHILOSOPHY
Apparently, I don't need anything I wanted, because I don't have it, and I'm blissful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently I have no place to host. Occasionally I post.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Since I joined this group, I have hosted several couchsurfers on my boat in Los Angeles, stayed with a host in Germany, helping with her house and garden, and stayed with a host in London for one week. Before the internet was invented, several visitors stopped over at our family farm. Some stayed for years at a time.
Interests
Jazz, writing, home schooling, forthright honesty, self-help peer support, homestead farming, independence, green business, peace, survival (but I'm not hysterical about it).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
