ABOUT ME

Hello!

My name is Allyssa, some people call me Allie, and I am a part-time worker, part-time student, and full-time writer. I like to play video games, ride my bike (once the ice has melted), do yoga, read books, snuggle with my two cats, and laugh at puns (ranging from cheesy to clever). I drink coffee, love chocolate, and hate having wet socks. I equally enjoy staying up until four in the morning as I do getting up at four in the morning (depending on my schedule that week). I smoke, but I'm trying to quit, and sometimes I suck at getting up in the morning. I can be scatterbrained and outgoing, other times I'm focused and quiet--but I am always finding amusement in everything I do. Most importantly, I'm head over heels in love with Doctor Who. You should be too. ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I honestly don't really know yet. I guess I feel like travelling will help me discover things about myself, others, and the world that can't be told and must be experienced. And hopefully I will be able to translate some of my findings into words that will inspire others to try the same!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I'd like to hang out with, meet, and help any travellers passing through my city. I know I'd appreciate the same kindness if it were me (and hopefully it will be eventually!) I wish I could offer my couch, but I live with my mum and sister who like their space.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None! I hope to utilize this site as a place to meet up with people once I'm out of my own country, though!
