Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's so much more fun to meet people on my journey, and what better way to get to know someone than to sleep on their couch!? Hotels just don't have any personality.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like any reasonable form of music, but especially rock. I like action, comedy, romance movies; I cannot stand drama or horror. Fiction novels are the best!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to help rebuild. It was an amazing experience meeting the families who were affected and working hard doing roofing in the hot summer sun as a volunteer. Everyone there was really nice and fun to talk to!

I'd like to think I know English fairly well (25 years experience, haha), so I could help your practice your English conversational skills.

I'm also a software engineer and quite love it, so I could answer questions about computers and programming all day. I'd also love to talk about and compare living in the United States versus your home country!
