Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Once I let a couple from Germany to stay over night in the house of my parents in the town of Rostov the Great. They couldn't find a hotel for some bizarre reason.
In my apartment in Moscow I gave a shelter to one irish volunteer-teacher. He slept on the inflatable bed for 3 weeks and told me that after being in Russia for 7 months those three weeks were the best. I tend to not believe him :-) , but this is what he said.
My girlfriend lived in my place for several weeks during the summer, she slept on the floor. She said it was wonderful for her back. Also, living together motivated us to do excersises and eat healthy food!
The only one time I had a bad experience. One guy from Sydney, Australia asked me to let him stay for 2 night in my place. He seemed to me as an adequate person, but I was sorely mistaken! He was a 100% JERK! He didn't even try to be nice and friendly. All what he did was chatting (using my wifi) with 'someone'. I was too kind and shy to just shut the wifi off and kick the Jerk out! Thanks to my cat, he peed on his suitcase! :-) So...since then, I am more careful!

Well, I could teach how to paint and draw. Also I am pretty good in making soups, so I could teach how to make a soup.
