ABOUT ME

I am a Jamaican born, who live in the US and love Asian food. I am easy going, open minded, optimistic, realistic, loving, caring, fun, energetic and very patient. I usually see things not just in full color or black and white, but in many hues and shades of gray. Though not a "flower child", I do prefer to "make love not war." I eat to live, not live to eat. I try to live a simple, healthy, happy life. ..No Problem man!

Work hard, play hard. Live a good,long, simple, healthy, loving, exciting and full life. You are as young as you feel. Live life to the best of my ability, to look beyond the obvious, to look beyond the materialistic creations and to see what is truly valuable and important.

Music, Movies, and Books

Shawshank Redemption, Gone in 60 seconds, Last of the Mohicans. I really enjoy all genre of movies,including the Notebook, Pretty Woman and Playing for keeps, it's all good!

I like at least a little of all types of music, but love good dance remixes and reggae of course; a good beat.

I read a lot of short articles about different aspects of life, finance, living and experiences. I constantly try to learn new something.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing 400 stairs to the top of Ti Top Island Vietnam and seeing the view. Learning to appreciate life.
