I am currently getting ready to go on an adventure through the North Island, and looking for lovely people to share my experience with!

ABOUT ME

Greetings! My name is Casey and I am a 23 year old lass straight from the land of cute kangaroos and cuddly koalas. I have spent the last three years working in odd jobs (with not exactly much in the way of money to show for it! hehe) but now I am looking to go on a miniature adventure before heading back down to Nelson for some much needed family time. I enjoy all things creative and musical, so couch surfing in a house that has plenty of guitars, arty creative people and glorious garden spaces is my kind of vibe :)

Música, películas y libros

My music taste is super eclectic, cos life is too short to be a music snob my friends! Too many to list but I'll rattle off a few; Paramore, Porcupine Tree, 4 man Bob, Black Seeds, Kora, Fun, Taylor Swift, Kimbra, local bands, Incubus etc. I love going out to shows and gigs (my kind of night out on the town is going to an exciting obscure new bar or club to see an awesome tasty new band. Movies and books are much the same, that I don't mind what it is as long as the plot is good and the cinematic as are pretty. Currently reading a book called the Angel's Game.

The 10 day Spirit of new Zealand voyage is something I will always remember as being an amazing moment in my life. 10 days out at sea with some of the best people I have ever met in my life. I honestly believe every day holds the opportunity for a unique and wonderful experience. This year alone I've worked at some cool events and festivals and experienced the pleasure of boarding the Rainbow Warrior as a tour guide and a passionate Green peace supporter.
