ABOUT ME

I love motorbikes, surfing (the beach not couches), outdoors and traveling...especially good at road trips and missions to far away places just to see what's there.

I've just moved to Southland from Auckland/Hamilton so I can actually afford to buy a house while not having to give up motorbikes and other expensive hobbies. It's also really nice down here not having to share a beach with 1.5 million other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

No couch available yet as I'm setting myself up in Bluff or Invercargill since it's affordable place to live and gives me access to Queenstown, Te Anau, Milford Sounds, Catilins Coast...etc.

Soon as I have my own place I'll have at least one spare room with a double bed and of course a couch in the lounge for people to stop in on their way to Stewart Island or where ever.

Otherwise I'm always available to hang out and have a few drinks or show people around the area in the weekends. Maybe go for a surf in summer or snowboarding in winter.

I'm DEFINITELY available for weekend bike rides should any bikers be keen to look for roads to explore!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used couch surfing before, only just been recommended by a friend to try it out as I usually camp or back pack.

Mostly nerdy stuff like star wars, back to the future, doctor who...reading similar books, and musical tastes are wide and varied from rock music to classical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Texas and spend 9 months on a Cattle Ranch as a cowboy which was awesome.
