ABOUT ME

I'm Southern gentleman who loves to learn and meet new people. I am currently pursuing my DDS degree and working to my dream of becoming an Dentist.
I love to work with my hands. Anything from building furniture, landscaping to playing the piano.
I always try to surround myself with positive hardworking individuals.
I'm a triplet, a cook, a life long student, a procrastinator, Mr. Clean and a chronic overpacker (not for my Europe trip this summer though).
I am a participating member of my community and I live for the intrinsic gratification felt when helping others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though I haven't personally couchsurfed yet, I have had positive experiences by living vicariously through others.

Interests

Art: Music, architecture, food, painting sculpting, woodworking, renovations, photography.
Traveling: Whenever and wherever I can, with friends or solo.
Athletics: Though its hard for me to follow sports, I do love the atmosphere of a sporting event. I will play any sport and love good competition.
Learning: anything and everything. The more I experience the more I can share with others.

Music, Movies, and Books

It is hard to stay uptodate on my leisure reading since most of my reading the past 8 years has been in text books and scientific articles. However, a few of my recent favs include: Confederacy of Dunces, Song for Solomon, Grapes of Wrath, Infinite Jest
Movies: I like almost any kind of movie. But..... I like to watch them, not talk through them. Discussion is for after or during the credits
Music: I love blues, old jazz, rock, good rap, pop indie, classical, Big Band, oldder country, bluegrass, indie. I am in LOVE with live music either by a campfire or at a big venue
