ABOUT ME

I would like to consider about myself a positive, polite person, bit shy at the beginning, but according to what my friends said, they think I'm a crazy, funny nonstop talking mate... I really like to help people, give all the info I know if you're interested.

After a long term traveling, I realized I don't really like to travel, I mean if just being a tourist, doing sighseeing and rush out, no, I don't like it. But things like work and travel, have chance get to know the culture, local lifestyle, learn something different from mine, I think that's amazing, and I enjoy it a lot, also learn a lot from that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Okay, I have to say I wasn't a good user in CS from the beginning. After I made this one last year, I moved to Alice Springs, Australia where was very remote area with non internet, so I missed many surf requests, made me got the low replied. I know it sounds like blah blah blah.... But truth. :P

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'd been hosted some people when I was in Alice Springs, Australia. But wasn't guests from CS, they were more like friends' friends came to visit Uluru, and stayed few nights in my place. Now I just came back to my country Taiwan, going to stay half year for resting, would be happy to show people around, share some stories together.

兴趣

I do painting, writing sometimes when I feel like it. Reading is good, also enjoy some outdoor thing like hiking, surfing, oh and diving!!!!

音乐、电影和书籍

I love watching movies, tv series and documents. Few movies were really impressed me like "My Name Is Khan", "The Fifth Element", and "Forrest Gump"... I think "Sex and the City" is the bible for all women, I especially love Samantha Jones by her personality. "Big Bang Theory", "How I Met Your Mother", "Dr. House".... I prefer pop music, love Shakira, Pink. I like reading, and most of the books I read are in Chinese. "My Sister's Keepter", "The Lovely Bone", "The Kite Runner", "Dream of Red Chamber"....

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2012, I was doing working holiday in Australia, end of my visa, I got a chance to work in a isolated farm for extending visa, and I took it. That was a camel farm, set up for all the tourist buses stop on their way to Ayers Rock/ Uluru where is in the central Australia, and there wasn't any mobile reception, but a very little rate of internet per month for checking email. At beginning I felt dying, thought I couldn't make it, time after time, I started taking slow, opening my eyes, and looking what's around me. I realized the most simplest, purest lifestyle was happening on me, just like back to primitive old time. Took technology away, I got so much time to enjoy the real life, I went outback hunting with my employer, learned recognizing every single camels in the farm, improve my English, also got to know this land. I had the most awesome time in outback, and I love it so much!!!!! I would say this experience changed me a lot.
