Me apasiona explorar lugares desconocidos, compartir mi cultura y conectar con personas. Amo viajar, descubrir nuevos destinos y, por supuesto, disfrutar de un buen helado.

Estoy en busca de personas con las que pueda experimentar y sumergirme en su cultura en diferentes partes del mundo, al mismo tiempo que contribuyo con mi propia perspectiva y experiencias.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I'm sure it's a way to find, share, offer, see, and learn many things about the art of travel. I'm looking to meet people, experience their cultures, and share a part of my culture with them too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Siempre he pensado que algo increíble que cada persona ha hecho es venir al mundo, y lo expreso así porque es realmente lo que siento. Fue así como empecé. Mi deseo de explorar surgió desde muy joven, ojeando el atlas y mapas de vez en cuando. A los 15 años, agarré mi mochila y me dirigí a la montaña, regresando con un montón de historias. Después de terminar la escuela, decidí ver el mundo de la manera en que sentía que debía hacerlo. Volví después de recorrer América Latina para contarles a mis padres que lo logré y que estaba destinado a viajar. Estoy muy agradecido por ello.

I told people that my journey truly began when I was born because, even as a child, I was very interested in looking at world maps or anything that, for me, represented seeing the world. When I was 15, I took my backpack and ventured alone to a mountain, trekking until I reached snow, and I succeeded. After returning home, I shared my achievement with my parents, letting them know that I was destined to travel the world. Upon finishing secondary school, I grabbed my backpack again, setting out to the countryside by myself, with no clear destination or companion—just to explore, to discover, to open my mind and heart, to meet people, and to live. Seven months later, I returned home after traveling by hitchhiking, having discovered numerous skills and with a much greater appetite for adventure.

Teach, Learn, Share

Me gusta enseñar idiomas. Puedo enseñar a cocinar o, más bien, me gustaría aprender. Puedo compartir información sobre mi cultura y mis costumbres, y también aprender sobre las de otras personas. Además, sé pintar y puedo enseñar a hacerlo.

I enjoy teaching languages. I can teach cooking or, well, I would like to learn. I can share information about my culture and customs and also learn about those of other people. Additionally, I can paint and teach how to do it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

¡Puedo contarte un montón de historias y llevarte a dar un paseo por mi ciudad, ya sea en Bogotá o en Francia! Podemos cocinar juntos la deliciosa comida típica de mi país y disfrutar de muchas otras actividades. ¡Mi plan podría ser tu plan y estoy seguro de que pasaríamos un tiempo increíble juntos! ;)

I can tell you a bunch of stories and take you on a tour of my city, whether it's in Bogotá or in France! We can cook together the delicious typical food from my country and enjoy many other activities. My plan could be your plan, and I'm sure we would have an amazing time together! ;)
