Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will be traveling to LA and SF next week. I would love to make friends through couchsurfing and hang out. I cannot host surfers now but I will be available to show you around and hang out here in Tokyo if you are visiting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not yet - When I visit LA next week, hopefully I make friends and hang out there.
Interests
I enjoy things like yoga, baking and dancing. I'm also fascinated by languages, and I speak English, Spanish and Japanese. Currently learning Korean.
When I was in college, I've practiced a variety of dances including: Foxtrot,Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Vienese Waltz, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive. I love especially Latin music and dance. Dancing is something I have a huge passion for and I'd like to practice all my life.
I am vegetarian-ish (but I do eat seafood, fish and dairy products) and I also enjoy cooking healthy and delicious world foods.
Recently, I'm really into salsa dancing and I dance everyday!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I lived in Chiapas, Mexico with indigenous Mayan people, I was literally struck by their physical living conditions. They don't have access to basic human needs such as food, shelter and basic health care. I had never imagined for any Japanese person not to have access to any one of these basic human needs, and I took all for granted. It was really an eye-opening experience to human rights, world peace and the difference between the rich and the poor in the world.
