ABOUT ME

I love to explore and go on mini-and big adventures. I want to see the world. I'm majoring in Political Science and minoring in Journalism. I love meeting and getting to know new people and am a very open-minded person.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to go with the flow and jump into things. A line from John Green's book Paper Town, "Nothing ever happens like you imagine it will," "but then again, if you don't imagine, nothing happens at all."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet. I've been to Germany, Washington D.C. and the some states inbetween. I've also gone on a Pay It Forward Tour service trip with STLF (Students Today, Leaders Forever) and we stayed at local churches and YMCA's along the way.

Interests

As said before, I love to explore. I could be dropped off in a medium size or big city and I'd walk around all day checking the area out. I also enjoy longboarding and spending time with enjoyable people.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is Pheobe in Wonderland. Many people haven't heard of it but look it up! It's on Netflix too.
I enjoy contempory rock and indie music.
I enjoy reading but don't have enough time. I usually read memoir/nonfiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm in the Army National Guard and I feel like that's a big accomplishment. I am also gay which didn't affect much with the army since I enlisted after DADT was repealed. I've also been to Germany.
