ABOUT ME

I'm a young journalist from Brazil, and i love my profession. I think i'm a really easygoing and funny person, but people around me usually say that sometimes i exaggerate on my jokes (but please, never be sad, i swear they are just jokes! :P)

I make friends easily, despite not seeing them as much as I'd like (and sometimes life - that bitch - get me away from some of them). The new step is know people from other countries and different cultures!

I love to travel, of course (after all, if it were not so, why would I be on this site?). Unfortunately, my job don't allow me do that as often as i would like. But, like french says, "c'est la vie".

I conclude my english course when i was a teenager, and - like mostly teenagers - i didn't dedicated myself enough. In other words, besides meet new people, i also want to improve the idiom. Please, help me - and be patient with me. :D

I share an apartment with a friend in Rio, in a neighborhood called "Maracanã" - yep, this is where the famous stadium is, and i live a ten minutes walk it. By the way, i love soccer, as a good brazilian, and i'm a Vasco da Gama supporter.

Interests

Well, my mother says i've been drinking to much, but i don't think it's true. One way or another, i like bars, and beer, and a table full of friends and drinks, and all that stuff - and i do not deny! lol

On the other hand, nightclubs and the like are not my favorite activity - but i go, eventually. With beachs, happens the oposite: i love them, but rarely be there (despite living in Rio...)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like movies and TV series (just to ilustrate, i do reviews about Girls, from HBO, to one of the biggest series brazilian blogs). And i also read a lot... Some of my favorite writers: Hemingway, Bukoswki, Mario Puzo, Tolkien, Stephen King, etc.
