ABOUT ME

I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I would consider myself a well-rounded and intelligent person. I like to go out and get crazy sometimes, but I am just as happy having conversations about life while drinking beer in my pajamas. I am pretty adventurous and will try almost anything once. I am passionate about life and experiencing all that it has to offer, and experiencing things with other like-minded friends makes it that much better!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe you should take every opportunity that is presented to you. There is nothing worse than letting this short life pass you by. If something doesn't go the way you wanted it to, it can be rough, but it's not the end of the world. Life is far too short to live with regrets. Appreciate the beauty in little, everyday things. Make the best of what you have.. and if you don't have what you want, go out and f***ing get it!l

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand new to the site so I haven't had any experiences with CS yet. I have heard good things from friends and I think it is a fun way to travel and get to know new people and places.

I am open to almost anything, but some of my activities include traveling, hiking, reading, drinking, meeting new people, dancing, art, going to museums, kayaking, shopping, painting, fishing, and pretty much anything to do with animals!

I have a pretty eclectic taste in music. Anything from hardcore rock to indie rock.. some dance, pop, and electronic/house.. and some things that I honestly wouldn't even know how to categorize.
Favorite movies.. ugh, so many. Some of my favs are Requiem for a Dream, Pi, La Vie en rose, Fight Club, Resevoir Dogs, and Love in the Time of Cholera.
I usually prefer reading non-fiction. The three most recent books I read were: Quiet, Outliers, and The Black Swan (Taleb).
