ABOUT ME

Filipino vegan, eating as cleanly as possible. I started being a pescetarian last year of January and then became a vegetarian halfway of 2013. And then I decided to drop dairy products third week of January 2014. It's been hard at first but when I saw the results its doing on my body, mind and soul I stick to it and made it my lifestyle. Now I'm incorporating one raw meal a day as part of my lifestyle. I also run at least twice a week and just learned how to swim recently. My ultimate goal is to become a raw vegan. I know it will be a long journey ahead but I'm willing to take it as a challenge to become healthier and happier inside and out.
