Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a spectacular experience surfing around New Zealand (and a bit of Australia!). Now that I'm back in the States, I'm looking forward to doing a bit of hosting myself! It's a bit tough with a bunch of (awesome) roommates and an (awesome) dog, but shoot me a message, and we'll try for it! Even if I can't host you, I'd love to grab coffee or give you some tips about the area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly surfing so far, in New Zealand and Australia, and some CS gatherings and meetups! Have just started hosting here in Maryland, but I want to do more. I have my settings on 'not accepting guests' - but give me a try!

Interests

Seeing new places and learning new things. Like languages! Let's trade languages!

Also, all things food. I like doing active things (hiking, biking, pretending to like running). Books, movies, radio, music - all awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I know we're all doing it, but I really think that going to new places and having life-changing experiences with new people is truly amazing.

I also recently scrambled up and down a waterfall during a thunderstorm, so that was pretty sweet.
