ABOUT ME

I study to become a biotechnological engineer! I like almost everything about nature: plants, animals, outdoor activities, discover new environments... This summer, I plan to visit the west of Europe with my brother (Here you can see his profil: https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/mathieu.roy.37/)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience with couchsurfing yet, but I'll use it a lot this summer as a surfer! Furthermore, when I'll have my own place (for the moment, I still live with my parents), I'll be glad to receive surfers.

Interests

A lot of things interest me. I would like to know everything. I especially like sciences, sports (specially playing hockey)and humor. I like to watch some TV shows such as the Big Bang Theory!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite film is Toy Story 3 and my favorite TV shows are The Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, Prison Break, Heroes,... just to name a few :p

I don't listen to a particuliar genre of music but I really like Eminem's songs!

I mainly read scientific books, but I also read some good novels (Le dernier jour du condamné, Le Grand cahier, L'écume des jours, Si c'est un homme,..)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I came back from the future and in 10 years I'll open a microbrewery! Is it not amazing? You should come take a beer!

Seriously, I think that I'll do the most amazing thing I have ever done by visiting Europe this summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a big fan of classical school (even if I succeed pretty well). For example, I think the best way to improve a language is to go somewhere it is spoken and live real life situations.

For my part, I can teach you a lot about Canada and Quebec's culture.
