About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

Awkward; everything all about me? I'm fun, like tramping in the mountains and generally amusing myself doing good things. I am addicted heavily to caffine but justify this by avoiding other vices. I am trying to get rid of my car and only cycle instead. I have no passport so I have to avoid flying in planes overseas, but may just get one again so I can sail instead...

I enjoy meeting new people and would like to help out those travelling through Wanaka, as I have been in the past!

PHILOSOPHY

Reflect on your actions and learn from them; and listen to what others say...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to this all...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed [and hosted] friends and strangers in the past, and friends have used this site previously.

Interests

I like to go tramping, and learn new things. I am interested in many many things. But have no TV, prefering to watch the fire instead and listen to records =D At the moment I've just got a piano accordian to learn and want to build a tightrope in the garden just in case things get too quiet...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love live music, from going to opera to learning to play instruments...

Movies are fab as well but I rarely go to the cinema. Books are great too, and I am looking forward to finally reading some fiction and non work books this winter =D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Each year I grow a few thousand trees to help reforest the South Island. And I work as a Registered Nurse, which is an incredibly enagageing role and a real privilage to be able to do; on a good day...
