ABOUT ME

I graduated college last year and my most recent job is ending and I finally feel comfortable and adventurous enough to get out of North Carolina forever! My current goal is to travel around the US and bits of Canada and see amazing things and find places that I like and that I might want to live in. My boyfriend and I are going on a cross country road trip starting in July. Sometimes I think it might be the craziest thing I've done in my life, since I've never technically been homeless and living out of a car, but then I remember that I lived in Bangkok and that's probably just about as insane as you can get.

PHILOSOPHY

Open mindedness and critical thinking. I am a scientist through and through, and I approach things logically. On the other hand, saying yes to new (safe) experiences is just as important!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I ate a tarantula. Once I ate a deep fried duck beak. Once I asked for the plainest soup possible and it had chicken feet in it. I've been relentlessly attacked by land leeches in a jungle, but I can't say I consider that amazing.
