About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old that has been bit very strongly by a travel bug for the majority of my life. In the past four years, I've been fortunate enough to go to school and live in Nashville, TN, and journey to South Africa and India for internships at local non-profit organizations. Currently trying to incorporate my passion for social entrepreneurship and global travel into some type of "career".

PHILOSOPHY

Never look back unless you are planning to go that way-Thoreau

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm at the beginning of my Couchsurfing experience but am really looking forward to diving into this close knit community.

Interests

I love community (the visceral experience and the tv show) and diving into each one I have the opportunity to visit. Beyond that, I enjoy outdoor activities, making new friends, reading, living, playing music (acoustic and computer), meeting other world travelers, yoga, and (probably most of all) drinking craft brews

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most incredible experiences in my life thus far was hiking one of the mountains in the foothills of the Himalayas. The seamless interactions between humanity and nature in that area is incredible with the Tibetan prayer flags hung amongst the trees, the chai shops hidden in rocky outcroppings, and the community of shepherds living at the top of the mountain who WILL sing Punjabi pop songs if you hang out late enough around a campfire.
