Hello! I'm a San Franciscan with a passion for the outdoors and a love of all things offbeat. My head is in the city, but my heart is always in the mountains.

I love long hikes, rock climbing, and mountaineering!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Traveling well is about learning about yourself through the people you meet. I joined couchsurfing for that very reason: because I want to learn something from you.

I may or may not be able to host you based on my schedule -- but if you sound cool, then I'll make sure I can :)

Interests

My hobbies:
- Swimming, biking, and running (triathlons!)
- Rock climbing
- Backpacking/hiking
- Seeing what's on the other side of the wall/door/obstacle
- Learning about the mind

Things I wish to do:
- (Eventually) climb the regular northwest face of Half Dome
- Summit an 8000m peak
- Get SCUBA certified!
