About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding purpose in what makes me happy.
ABOUT ME
Hey there! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Portland. This May I received a B.A. in Social Work with minors in Social Justice and Political Science. Now that I'm finished with my formal education, I'm ready to be a student of the world! I'm looking forward to meeting new people, sharing in new experiences, and laughing at every step along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
Between all the mistakes, misunderstandings, and disappointments that life inevitably brings, what keeps me going is finding something to laugh about. Positivity is something that can translate in any culture---it's impossible to go wrong when you just smile.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm in the blissful aftershock of graduating from a four-year undergraduate program, and it feels pretty damn amazing that I actually did it! School has always been a challenge for me so I feel really proud that all my hard work has paid off. Now, time to see the world!
Teach, Learn, Share
One lesson that I hope to embody is that all that really matters is what we do for others. We are not going to be remembered by how we looked, the cars we drove, or how big our house was, we are defined by those we touch along the journey. As a social worker, agent of change, and human being, It is my ultimate goal to help reshape the stories of others from those of oppression and struggle to those of empowerment and growth.
