ABOUT ME

I think the main reason why I am on this platform is because I am really interested in people. I really enjoy getting to know them and hear about their stories, ideas and how the see the world. In my opinion we can learn a lot from each other because everyone has a different perception of the world we live in and it is really important to get to know other views, respect them and in the best case let them influence you and enlarge your limited view of the world. So I think Couchsurfing is the best way to break down prejudices and enlarge one’s personal horizon by getting to know people from around the world. What I also love about CS is the corporate feeling and that everyone tries to help each other. In my opinion humans are far too self-centered and the world would be a better place if we could all think in a more collective way :)

So as this brief introduction might show, I am an open-minded person who tries to see the best in others. People would describe me as a good listener, but I also like to share my stories and ideas. Mostly I love to be around people but sometimes I also need time for myself. I try to be as active as possible to get to know all sporting, natural and cultural possibilities but I have to add that I am not a morning person^^ I can be really spontaneous but I also like to make plans (to change them afterwards :D).

- exchange semester in Nottingham (England)

- east-coast canada trip with my gf in summer 2015 (Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, Gaspesie) completly with Couchsurfing!

- worked at Danny`s Farm (check it ot on FB - it is amazing) near Melbourne for a month

- tandem-bungee-jump with my gf fom 96 metres of height
