COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Close to none. Actually very new to the whole experience. My closest friend, who is a great enad relentless couchsurfer, suggested this website and its community for me to meet people when I'm living abroad. So I'm starting now!

Travelling, like most of the guys on this website, I guess :) Particularly enjoy any place where I can practice Russian

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Life of Brian, The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Chihiro, The Great Dictator, City of God... Enjoyed all these movies and many more, but I am clearly not what you can call a movie buff

Music: Black Keys, Beirut, Hindi Zahra, Cat Stevens, Led Zeppelin, Moriarty, Gorillaz, The Police, Buena Vista Social Club, Compay Segundo, Arcade Fire, REM, les Rita Mitsouko, Arno... Very open minded on this subject!

Books: French Classics such as L'Education sentimentale, Le Rouge et le Noir, a couple of Zola and Balzac, Marguerite Duras, Eluard, Anouilh... But also more modern French stuff : Houellebecq, Barbery, Kérangal, Gavalda... You can add to that a few Russian classics. Otherwise I read all Jane Austen (love her witty humour) but also all Harry Potter end all Game of Thrones. So a wide range of reading interests!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a lot of boring theoretical stuff, also some French (I ridiculously enjoy French grammar).
I'd love to learn any pratical skills that I lack completely, such as cooking (down with pasta and omlets 24/7!)
