About Me

ABOUT ME

It's always hard to describe yourself but I can try ...
so I would consider myself a communicative, happy, spontaneous person :)
After I finished highschool I got so sick of my daily routine, that I just packed my backpack and left as far as possible - in my case Australia&Thailand. Since then I'm absolutely hooked on traveling, seeing new cultures and experiencing new ways of living. I'm also very passionate about music (mostly listening to it but sometimes I'll try my best on my ukulele) and being creative (mostly drawing something weird).
Currently I'm back to my routine, not in my hometown but in the beautiful eastern German Dresden and so far I'm enjoying it. Not the routine but the city and my internship in physiotherapy :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

meeting new interesting people, sharing stories, being a great surfer :) Hosting on weekends mostly :)

Made some good friends, had some nice chats, heard some cool opinions on life and hoping to continue this in the next years!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: too many to count. Everything by Tarantino and Tim Burton.

Music: It's easier to tell you which kind of music I DON'T listen to.
As I love to discover new music, you're always welcome to show me one of your favorite bands or bands you think I don't know and I'll be happy to check them out :)

Books: I used to read a lot of fantasy, such as Harry Potter, Eragon and Hunger games.
I read a lot less now, which I'm not proud of, but when I read, I enjoy books about traveling, thriller and funny novels :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the most stunning night sky with billions of stars and the moon rise at a lonely parking spot in the middle of australian outback!

Traveling with the so called ''Magic Bus'' with 18 crazy people from around the world for 2 weeks from Sydney to Melbourne.

Learning to dive on the most relaxed island in Thailand.

Teach, Learn, Share

Mh... I can teach you the drinking game Flunkyball, a little bit of Ukulele and how to speak german. I'm also a master of procrastination :D!

I would love to learn so much about other cultures, especially languages!
If you meet me, make sure that you explain to me how your language works or at least teach me some words :)Also tell me a lot about your country, I'll be very happy about that.

I'm always happy to share my traveling stories and traveling experiences :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Mostly stories, happiness and laughs because I seem to be not really good at cooking :D
I don't need much space to sleep or much comfort and I'm always happy to help with household stuff and so on :)
