About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I've been living in China for the past two years and will be moving down to Sydney in the next few months.

Prior to moving to China, I spent two years living in New York City working as a security guard, as well as a bike messenger. Two jobs I was thoroughly enjoyed!

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going person, originally from Orlando, Florida. I moved to New York and absolutely loved it there. Since moving there I have worked in a hectic Midtown restaurant as a delivery guy, successfully for two predominant bike courier companies, and finally as a security guard in Tribeca (yes, two blocks away from Taylor Swift's apartment).

During my stay in New York, I had been slowly transitioning and setting myself up to become an English teacher working overseas. I passes the certification course in order to achieve that goal. Once I had the certification, I searched for, and found, work in China.

China has been an amazing experience and I was so happy to have made the choice to move here. Completely wonderful! Since moving here two years ago, I have traveled to various cities all across the country; Guilin, Yangshuo, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen to name a few, as well as Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Macau, Sydney, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

Do whatever you enjoy, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else.

You have the freedom and ability to be yourself, pursue your desires, and lead a happy life. If you cannot improve your surroundings or the people you encounter, then least make sure that you don't leave them worse off than when you found them.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading "Man in an Empty Suit." It's good.

Playing the right music can improve your mood, explain what you mean when words fail you, and bring people closer together. I appreciate music as much as I can.

I feel just as strongly about movies. Movies can open your mind to new ideas, alter how you feel, and can shape personalities. I always keep an open mind when movies are involved, and enjoy sharing movie suggestions between friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting to travel the world for free. I have a family member that works for the airline industry. Through the airline company, I was able to get free tickets anywhere they fly. It was endless experiences all across the world for nearly half my life. Even though I no longer qualify for free flights, I have not stopped pursuing my passions for exploring, discovering, and connecting.

Countries I’ve Visited
