I'm a mom, a nature & animal lover, a vegetarian, a tea drinker and free minded. I've got my feet deep in the soil and my head high and deep in the sky ;) I'm still learning from life and to evolve as a human being.

My son is born 2003 and is by my side on the journey through life. He is good in english language, often better than me! Doh! ;)

Life, I must say. ;) To master my experiences. ?

I do kundalini yoga and meditate quite regular. I have done my first 10-day vipassana course in august 2014 here in Sweden at Dahamma Sobhana Vipassanacenter. I did a hard work I'll say and it was worth it! =) I will do it again for sure.

I recently attended a weekend course in back massage and got a taste of it. I would like to train my skills and give massages. I always get so happy and prosperous after I got to give a massage, so it also gives me something in return.

ln nine years I have worked with helping disabled people and also elderly people as an personal assistent and did home services aswell.

In general, I would like to know and learn about sustainable living, growing and building with nature's assets in different locations. Because I want to be self sufficient in some way some day. Maybe you have something to teach or show me? =)

In 2014 I joined a political movement that is different from the major parties, with oneness, love , self- realization and wants a poison-free world. It is called 'Enhet' (Unity). My first and only step into the politics...
