About Me

PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO STAY WITH ME SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE, NOT A COUCHREQUEST. THERE IS A BUG IN MY PROFILE AND BECAUSE OF THAT SAYS ALL THE DATES ARE NOT POSSIBLE TO HOST.

The collaborative world wide guide of creating value from trash! It is written for and by dumpster divers, freegans and others of such kind. Here you will find plenty of trash-related articles: you can search by specific countries, by places like markets, by food types, etc.

Birthday date: 20-09-1993
Height:1,85cm with shoes and without 1,83cm

Hair: Light Brown during the day and purple during the night
Eyes: Brown and green
Skin: Green is the winter and brown in the summer

• My goal for now is to discover as many cultures as I can and to learn new langages. In general I like to take things easy, stress is my enemy. I love to be spontaneous. I am pretty relax and laid back person but also energetic and outgoing. I love to meet new people from different parts of the world and to share stories. I just go with the flow and I am always open to the opportunities that cross my way when I'm a traveller... I´m openminded, sensitive, intuitive, sociable, I love laughing. I am the kind of a person who can't stay at one place for a long time. I really bealive that we must do our best everyday, trying to be better and better in the things we do. I also bealive in karma. What goes around comes around! the good you give is the good you'll recive.

• I always try to see the positive side of any situation. Even when that situation makes you feel bad you could always try to learn something with that.
Positive thinking, always!

PHILOSOPHY

• Go with the decision that makes the more interesting story."

• Growth rarely comes from a place of comfort."

• A stranger is probably a friend you haven't met

• Life is too short and precious to waste on...nothing!

• I'm sarcastic, and have a smartass attitude. It's a natural defense against drama, bullshit and stupidity!

• My personality is who I am.My attitude depends on who you are.

• Do not live due to HAVING, lives due to BE ..

• Life should be lived involved in the life of another
life

• "The impossible just takes time to be realized."

• The perfection is not reached when you have nothing to add, but when you have nothing to cut!

• Never regret! If it´s good, it´s wonderful, if it´s bad, it´s experience.

• Be happy doing what you love and getting better at it.

• The sooner you fall, the more time you'll have to catch up.

• Sometimes the best plan is not having a plan.

• I believe in life and good things always happen in the right place and right time that you need in a curtain situation.

• If you want something you have never had, then you have got to do something you have never done.

• It's not about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

•Logic will get you from A to Z. Imagination will get you everywhere.

• Worring is stupid. It's like walking around with an umbrella waiting for it to rain.

• It's important to travel mentally.

• This is your life, do what u want and do it often, if you don't like something, change it, stop over analyzing, life is simple, open your mind, arms and heart to new things and people, we are united in our differences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

• I tell people all the time about this great and amazing idea, a project developed in order to people to have fun, learn, become more aware and tolerant. I host and I surf. I love couchsurfing and couchsurfers, I believe this is a community where you can find the world's most amazing humans ;) !
I´m up to any intercultural meeting wherever i am, it´s always nice to have friends all around the world.. I know there are some problems on Couchsurfing, but I still manage to meet many nice and polite people. I guess it's everyone's duty to preserve and improve this platform. Couchsurfing is NOT a dating site. It can happen, but it shouldn´t be planned!

• Beware of this type of things: http://couchsurfingwatch.tumblr.com/

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

• I have heard the most amazing things about this community from close friends who couchsurfed all over the world.  My first experiences were hosting people. Through their stories and because of the great times we had together I also started surfing. For me CS is a completely new way of traveling, I hosted and met amazing people and I learned more about places I visite than I would in any other way.

• CS for me is about sharing experiences and learning from each other regardless of our philosophies and interests so I am not at all worried if our interests are not perfectly aligned. :)

• People and their thoughts, Bodyboard, Skimboard, Ride my Longboard skate to every place I went, Travelling (obviously), Relaxing, Dance, Cinema, Music, Breathing Languages, Animals, Mountaintop views, Festivals, Realizing new ideas, Eating too much food, Being in the sun, Sunrise and Sunsets, Taking pictures, Meet new people, Watch movies, Swimming, Art, Nature, Cinema, 420, Extreme/adventure sports, Warm weather, Cheese, Loud music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love to travel soo much!

AMAZING THING´S I ALREADY DID AND I
WILL DO:

✅ Stayed in the most dangerous area of belize knowing that this country has one of the highest per capita murder rates in the world
✅ Went to a sanctuary zoo and hide myself after the closing and walk around without being caught, went to all the areas not open to the public and let jaguars and puma free again from their cages to the bigger cages where they had a lot of space. Manage to play with them and touch them without losing any finger. Hold both hands of a spider monkey for a while and pet him.
✅ Left Mexico illegally without passport stamp because the Belize emigration officers said I didn't need and asked me for money saying that they will give it to the Mexican officers, off course ended up being everything a big lie and I unfortunately supported corruption... Then I hitchiked with a cop from the emigration border and was quite scary since I drove always 20kmh and keeps asking me money while saying if he drops me there I will most likely be kidnapped.
✅ Saw a baby cat in the street in Belize that had so much green liquid in his eyes that was blind , eyes shut down. Went to the sea and washed him for quite a while, managed.to open his eyes again then went to several houses and people asking to adopt him and everyone said that it's normally that there is many cats and they just die slowly on the corners. After a while a woman decided to take it for her son huhu never give up 🎉
✅ Hitchiked with a truck driver in Mexico and he offered me a huge knife that belongs to a AK-47 to protect myself and a hammock to chill. Spend hours talking with him about is adventures and 25 years of work as a truck driver as he got kidnapped 4 times by the cartels so they still is truck. He also told me how one time he was driving and people from a van trough 6 dead bodies to the road while he makes eye contact with him .
✅ Saved 6 puppies in Guatemala that otherwise would have died for sure
✅ Hiked the volcano del Fuego 🔥 in Guatemala, there was a fire and everyone had to be evacuated but I decided to stay
✅ I hitchiked with a guy that worked 35 years as a security and was part of the protection of the last 6 Embassador of USA in Guatemala and he teach me how to use his gun while he was driving, if I didn't had plans already he wanted to go to the mountains and shot guns together 😅, so random
✅ I couldn't find a place to set up my tent in a village in Guatemala so I find an abandoned boat with a cover in a gas station and slept inside , when I woke up in the morning there was people everywhere around me fixing cars and getting petrol I managed after several tries to jump out of it without anyone noticed me 🤣
✅ Meet a guy at an ecstatic dance festival in Amsterdam and we had a good connection, he asked me if I wanted to go with him to Lake Atitlan in Guatemala, we throw a coin and was yes for both, 2 days after I decided to stop working for at least 2 months and bought a ticket to leave in 2 weeks. He decided not go.
✅ I traveled by bicycle in Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Iceland
✅ Still without driving license at 29 years
✅ I decided to challenge myself and didn't had a hot shower for 1 year while living in Lisbon
✅ When I was 23 years I decided to hitchike to the south of Portugal, with my tent and longboard, only 15€ and no mobile for around 2 months and everytime a car stopped when I was hitchiking when they ask me where do I go I ask where do they go, if I like the name and I hasn't been there I would join them 🤪
✅ Make someone's dream come true
✅ See several shooting stars in a short period
✅10 days vipassana meditation course in India
✅ Lived 9 days with a family that produces hashish in marrocos
✅ Watch Nothern Lights many times
✅ Hitchhike spontaneously a small airplane in Switzerland near the boarder of Germany
✅ Hitchike from my hometown in Lisbon to Marrocos by ferry and back and stay for 3 months instead of the 2 weeks I was supposed to be there
✅ Spent less than 10€ during 10months living and working in Norway.
✅ Never signed a contract of housing while being 29 years and after living in 6 countries.
✅ Live in ecovillage in Australia with wild Kangaroos 🦘 everywhere and koalas (never spotted one)
✅ Hitchike from Lisbon to Poland in 6 days and one of the rides lasted 17 hours.
✅ Host around 250 couchsurfers at my mother's home after she emigrate to Paris from 8 of November 2014 until 20 of December 2015 and was one of the best and wildest years of my life.
✅ Burn my leg and watch my skin slide down until my knee immediately while camping illegally in a geothermic volcanic mountain in Iceland.
✅ Checking the interior of a glacier in Iceland.
✅ Have my tongue pierced when I was 15 but tricking my mother to write her signature in a paper and spend 2 weeks struggling to talk and eat
✅ Jump several meters in the air while skimboarding
✅ Ride a car at 250km/h in Autobahn in Germany
✅ Fall in love and travel with her from 3.5 years
✅ Have several monkeys on top of me in a temple in India
✅ Inspire someone and later get told by them they follow my advice and they life is much better
✅ Sleep for 26 hours straight
✅ Snowboard almost everyday for 4 months in Verbier one of the best resorts in the world
✅ Ski down a hill in my first day trying
✅ Bodyboard in Nazare massive waves
✅ Spontaneous Tattoo in a very painful area
✅ Go on a boat Tour to watch Whales 12x and see dolphins/humpback whales/pillot Whales
✅ Rent a scooter at sunset to search for wild elephants and find one wandering around.
✅ Feed a elephant 🐘 in India
✅ Work in the museum of witchcraft and sorcery in Iceland and get fired by the crazy owner
✅ Work 348 hours in 1 month in Iceland and managed to save almost 14k € in 4 months.
✅ Work +/- 200 hours a month as bike Messenger for 1 year without stopping in Switzerland
✅ Live in 10m2 + a small toilet without shower for 10 months and having to clean myself after 23:00 (so I'm not caught) in the laundry of the building with freezing water during all winter 🥶

Teach, Learn, Share

• Everytime you communicate with someone, no matter who it is, you learn, teach and share

• Teach - I can teach portuguese and how to make everybody smile :D

• Learn - as much as I can absorb from people who I will meet during my ways. I would like to learn cooking

• Share - Your mind! Why are you the person you are? How do you think? What has shaped your experiences? What do you think of the world beyond the physical space that we encompass?

• We are ALWAYS learning!! For life. For every interest that one partakes in, there is someone who is better at it. Sharing our respective pieces of the unlimited puzzle of our worlds.

• Most of the conflicts and wars are a result of intercultural misunderstanding or even intolerance, so the only way to get away from this stupidity is to get out and discover the world. People should open their eyes and be aware, that in the end we are all the same, we just speak other languages, believe in other goddesses, but we are all human!
