ABOUT ME

I'm blunt and sarcastic, but I love almost everyone I meet. I've been told that I have an "old soul" (maybe it's because I drink whiskey sours in dive bars). A quick wit and good company is what I value. I'm sapiosexual (google it). I have a dancing bridge, a car named Wallace, and a hard time taking myself too seriously. When I'm not kidding, I'm too logical for my own good. I'm not superstitious. I enjoy museums, fireplaces, and wilderness. I love school, but recently I've grown restless and it's time for an adventure.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Music is really, really important to me and I feel like a blurb on a profile couldn't do it justice. I like alternative, folk, jazz, blues, rock, punk, dance, oldies, bluegrass, psychadelic, pop, hip-hop, rap, reggae, electronic or hybrid of these. Right this second I'm listening to Aloe Blacc.

Books:
I take a book with me everywhere I go. It's a pretty even split between fiction and non-fiction. Fiction wise I'm drawn to classic literature and science fiction (Michael Crichton). The non-fiction books I read are primarily composed of boos about sociology, psychology, history, science and biographies.
...Also Harry Potter.

Movies:
I have a thing for Spaghetti Westerns and old James Bond flicks. My favorite Directors are Quentin Tarantino (there is a reason he is first), Hayao Miyazaki, Sergio Leone, Martin Scorsese, Woody Allen, Steven Soderbergh, Wes Anderson, John Hughes, Steven Spielberg, Stanley Kubrick, John Ford, David Fincher, Cubby Broccoli, and the Coen Brothers.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
I can teach you to unicycle, downhill ski, all kinds of various arts and crafts, English, and how to make perfect bacon.

Learn:
I'll try learning anything you can offer. Especially cooking, languages, technology, outdoor things, etc.
I would especially like to learn Spanish and how to rock climb.

Share:
Aside from anything in my backpack I would love to share an adventure or a drink.
