Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met some really wonderful friends though couch surfing, I've only used it a few times for accommodation, but I've attended a couple CS events in California while I was studying there.

It's been great. A wonderful reminder that the world is full of beautiful and adventurous people!

Interests

Travel is a big part of my life: for the love of newness, for discovery and for being blown away by the kindness and diversity of people and the majesty of landscapes. I love music, festivals, yoga, architecture, photography, good chats over wine and cheese, beaches, backpacking, conversations that feel like they could go on forever, puns and silly dad jokes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently listening to bands like The National, The xx, Of Monsters and Men, Bon Iver, Jonsi, London Grammer, Foals, Tallest Man On Earth, City and Colour, Angus and Julia stone, Massive Attack, Boy and Bear, James Blake, The lumineers, Mumford and sons, Sia, and Sior Ross on repeat.. I love Indie/folk kinda music. Love all kinds of books and movies too, I have a pretty varied appreciation for books, music and movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't pick one.. here are some: climbing Adam's Peak in Sri Lanka, standing on the salt flats in Bolivia, island hopping in Fiji, devouring amazing curries in India, climbing Machu Picchu, swimming in waterfalls in Laos, dancing in crazy nightclubs in Seoul, watching the sunset in the Greek Islands.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can attempt to TEACH you some yoga, I am a good cook maybe I can teach you some things about my culture or practice some English!

I would love to LEARN about your part of the world, about adventures you have been on. Oh and I started learning Spanish while I briefly lived in Barcelona last year.. so learning some Spanish would be fun!

I would like to SHARE experiences, stories, and maybe some wine :)
