Hello there future friends,

My name is Emilie and I live in Montreal, Canada. I am using this CouchSurfing account alongside my husband Cedric with whom I will be traveling with. I am 29 years old and I am an entrepreneure. I am the owner and founder of an online vintage shop called My Retro-Spection Inc, www.MyRetroSpectionInc.com and I also have my point of sale in Montreal. I enjoy traveling, music, working for my main passion which is vintage, 60's-70's fashion etc.

Cedric is also 29 years old, originally from Brittany France. He is now a Canadian Citizen and is working at the famous Atrium le 100 an indoor touristic skatting rink in Montreal. He used to be a police officer back in France. Cedric also has a great talent and passion for photography, you can see his work on Instagram at @tlyphotographie.

We are proud parents of our little Jackie ''La Jackette''' the pug. We both speak fluently French and English. We are also both very outgoing, social people. You won't get bored with us, that's for sure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My husband Cedric and myself, Emilie, are looking to travel accross Europe in the Fall of 2020. We are looking to stay with Couchsurfers during our stay which means meeting new awesome people and embark on an adventure,

Funny enough, Cedric and I met on Couchsurfing in 2014. He was looking to visit Canada and I hosted him then the rest was history. I always had a special place in my heart for CouchSurfing where I attended many group meetings to interact with people from all over the world.

Interests

I love everything vintage. The fashion from the 60's, 70's, the colors and the whole vibe in general. I am very proud to be a young vintage shop owner.

Traveling is very important to me, it's only true way to learn about different countries and their people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had the chance to live in the UK for 7 months in 2012. Amazing experience and I'm sure most of you can relay to it.
