ABOUT ME

I am currently on a long trip that has taken me from Mexico to the US, Turkey and now Europe. I have been mixing travel with volunteering and so far it has been an incredible experience.

I am an extroverted introvert who really enjoys spending time with others but is just as happy in front of the computer or in the company of a good book. I love learning new things, either by talking to people or visiting interesting places.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed, couchsailed and been to CS gatherings. It has always exceeded expectations every single time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My very first CS experience happened almost by accident. I stumbled upon Couchsailing via a chance encounter that led to one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Since then I have met great friends as well as incredibly generous and fun hosts. I look forward to being able to host when I finish traveling and have a home, wherever that may be.

Interests

Traveling, meeting people from different cultures, experiencing life, spending time with friends, trying new things, learning stuff. I love outdoor sports, anything snow, camping and spending time in nature but enjoy cities for art, culture and fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been fortunate enough to do more than my fair share of traveling and experiencing cool things. One of the images has stayed with me the most might be common to some of you but was truly marvelous to me: I got to witness phosphorescence in the sea for the first time during a sailing trip in New Zealand. Seeing the glowing trails left by fish and our footsteps lit up on the wet sand was incredible!
