ABOUT ME

I am a PhD student in the field of Critical Animal Studies with a master in Cultural Studies and Gender Studies. I am a very political person engaged in queer/feminist and anti-racism activism. In addition, I am a member of Chimaira, a group which tries to establish (critical) Human-Animal Studies at German Universities. (http://chimaira.human-animal-studies.de/) I also love all kind of arts and luckily Berlin is the best place for interesting concerts, exhibitions, theater... I sing in a choir myself and used to play the piano (unfortunately I can't afford one at the moment). Other interests of mine are Qi Gong, hiking and travelling.

Just one so far - I stayed at a place in Finland with a friend when we went to a conference. It was great!

I think the most impressive place I've ever been to is the Australian outback which I crossed by train.
