Hi couchsurfing world! I've already had many couchsurfing experiences but never on my own account. Guess it's time to stop using my friends' account!

I'm a 23-year old Portuguese fellow who is extremely curious about what's going on beyond the borders of this cosy and sunny rectangle called Portugal. I'm in medical school, about to finish though. I come from a small town in northern Portugal - which was like the most perfect place to grow up - but have been so far for five years in Lisbon and, I have to say it out loud, I miss this amazing city anytime I'm not there. Guess I am that kind of guy who is pleased with simple things in life. Honest, romantic and shy. Idealist, nerdy and interested. Curious, unsecure and dreamy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Amazing Couchsurfing experiences in South France in 2013, in Belgium and the Netherlands in 2014. A big warmhearted hello to all the folks out there I've met!
The most trustworthy way of getting to know a town is indeed hear all the tips from locals and be aware of the tourist traps. Hehe :)
Although I've travelled mostly around Europe so far, it's really curious how mentalities and ways of being in life can be so different and interesting!
