About Me

ABOUT ME

Free spirited, plant based, eccentric, curious, contemplative, searcher and traveler.
Introverted but sociable.
Always looking for new experiences and aspire to learn and evolve.
Not afraid to work hard but would rather walk away than get pushed around.

Quit my job, moved from Sweden, bummed around for a year, came back to Stockholm. My main focus right now is learning to tattoo. For money I work now as a care giver in a group home for people with mental disabilities.

LEARNING TO TATTOO YOU SAY?
Oh yes indeed! If you are in Stockholm and want to get something, contact me and hopefully we can make it work. I've tattooed about a hundred people so far, some of them couchsurfers.

PHILOSOPHY
Be the person you wished you had met while growing up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had only great experiences so far with couchsurfing, both as a host and with being hosted. Thanks to CS I've been able to take many trips, meet many good people (some of them close friends now), learn loads and loads of interesting stuff and have beautiful experiences. I also learned one very important thing: trust.

Interests

Tattooing is where my focus is, through getting tattooed a lot I have learned about many things, met some of the best people in my life and had reason to travel to different places. It has taught me to approach and enjoy many visual art forms and I became serious about making my own art again.

Also like: long winding conversation, short funny conversations, random walks in the city or in nature, getting lost, cooking vegan food, eating vegan food, making new friends and learning new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a wide range of music, I grew up on punk and rap music but have wider perspective now. Still love rap.
I like many types of movies but not typically comedy and musicals. I get a lot of enjoyment from visiting the cinema. I try to read one hour each day, both fact and fiction. The subjects vary a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Learning to find a balance in life, pushing it harder for more enjoyment and intensity and finding a new balance where I thought I couldn't. Life is wild and great.

Also: Lysergic acid diethylamide

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm also a huge nerd and a bit of a snob when it comes to the things I care deeply about so if we share interests I think we can learn good info from each other.

I would like to learn more creative crafts: sewing, sculpting, singing, painting techniques. Also for a long time I wanted to learn to climb, dance, make music, use spray cans. I want to learn to grow vegetables and herbs. Nutrition interests me a lot, so any good info is appreciated. My french need to be dusted of and I am always open for experiences that teaches me new ways and new thoughts.

I like collaborating and working together. I have a lot of music, movies and books that we can enjoy together. Honest deep conversations.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Talking: Information and opinions about a plethora of things. Very biased views of my home country. An interested ear and compassionate heart.

Cooking (and eating): my parents made me learn to cook when I quit eating meat and (slowly) it grew into a passion. For a while a friend of mine had a restaurant and I was the co-chef.

Art: discussing, making, enjoying.
