About Me

Hi all🙂 🌱

I'm from Taiwan and has been on couchsurfing since i was 18. I like the idea of sharing and meeting up the unknowns, I always hope that i can host travelers after i came back from travelling, but there really is not much spaces in my room. However i'd like to take you around if you are in Taipei and especially if you like outdoor activities like hiking etc. there are some cool places in Taipei where you can see different angel of the city!

I started solo traveling since i was 18 and i have been changing my way to reach a most-satisfied-solo-trip in the recent years. I start going more to the nature, hike more, camp more and even travel with others more. My boyfriend and i share the similar ideas of traveling and we camp on the beach some times with bonfire, go hiking together but enjoy so much our own little world.

There are so much unwritten, best to meet and share our ideas and stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I read some books written by an NGO worker. I've knew it for a while but i started it in 2013.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

--Travelling alone in my 18. Nothing else to say, just beyond amazing.
--Had my first half marathon along the stunning coast in eastern Taiwan.
It was my first time feeling so close to myself and my own country, having such a yearn to a place for the first time in my life. If you know that feeling, i bet you'll say that is amazing.
--Started to do outdoor activities in 2015.
I attended a session of river-tracing in the summer of 2015. For the very first time in my life i found that i was brave enough to overcome my psychological obstacle by doing things like rappelling, climbing up to those amazing waterfalls, jumping off from a 8m cliff...... but what i enjoyed the most was that spending time with a group of people who are so professional, knowledgeable and in the mean while so humor .It was not long since i met them but they are so much like my soul mates that we can share our concept of everything.
--Travel on foot in countryside in Taiwan.
It was not a long journey but i enjoyed to be in a very slow and tranquil pace which i haven't experienced before. Tourist spots out, must-do list out. We are always chasing cool experiences outside, want to travel here and there. But few of us stop to think about finding our inner peace. I used to think that traveling is the best and fastest way to learn things. It might be right, but i also found another me who enjoy life so much when i'm not traveling, when i'm reading, when i'm writing, when i'm taking photos of my nearest surrounding and see these beauty in life from simplicity.
--1.5 months mostly walking and hiking and hitchhiking in IRE. This country is so damn fantastic, especially the pub with traditional irish music and so unbelievably gorgeous scenery with warm people. I'm going back whenever i can for a thousand times!

Teach, Learn, Share

--Teach
Traditional chinese characters.
--Learn
I'm learning photography (film) and do some watercolor, oil painting in my free time.
--Share
Want so much to listen everyone's concept of being a part of nature (or who regard themselves as a member of society?)

What I Can Share with Hosts

In some case i'm very talkative. I like to share what i think about even just for a very small trifles. And if possible i'm also very willing to cook so of Taiwanese/Chinese dishes.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Netherlands, Slovakia, Switzerland
